We collect what you type into our forms and the documents you choose to send. We use them to do the work you hired us to do. We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not use your materials as marketing examples without separate written permission. Files sent for a Deal Autopsy, a Bid Read, or the Bid Desk are deleted within 90 days of delivery, or sooner if you ask.
Name, company, work email, phone if you give it, your website address, and anything you write in a notes field. On the paid intakes: the pipeline numbers you enter and the documents you attach, which may include RFPs, proposals, bid pricing, decks, and email threads.
Card payments are taken inside the intake form by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We keep the ordinary record of the transaction: amount, date, last four digits, and the billing name and email.
When you sign the confidentiality agreement inside an intake form, the provider records your name, email, signature, and the time and IP address of signing, because that is what makes the signature hold.
Standard analytics: pages viewed, referring site, approximate location from IP, browser and device type. We use it to see which pages do their job. The Revenue Leak Diagnostic and the win-rate calculator run in your browser, and your answers are not sent to us unless you choose to email yourself the result.
To deliver the read you paid for, to send the confirmation and the deliverable, to answer your questions, to take payment and keep tax and accounting records, and to send you email you asked for. If you are a client, we may email you about your engagement. We do not add you to a marketing list because you filled in an intake form.
We keep an anonymized tally of the patterns we see across reads, with no company names and no client-identifying detail, so we can say honest things about what is common in the market.
Stephanie Chavez reads and signs off on every engagement. No junior analysts, no subcontracted readers. Behind that, like any small firm, we use secure software to run the business: a form and e-signature provider for the intakes, Stripe for card payments, Google Workspace for business email and file storage, an accounting system, and Google Analytics for web statistics. That includes AI-assisted tools, and only tools that are barred from sharing your materials or training on them.
Each provider sees only what it needs to do its job, and each is bound by its own contract with us. We do not sell or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
Documents you send for a read are deleted within 90 days of delivery, or sooner on request. The deliverable itself, the signed agreement, and ordinary business records such as invoices are kept as long as tax and legal rules require. Contact details stay until you ask us to remove them.
This policy covers personal information. The one-page confidentiality agreement covers your materials, and it goes further: nothing you send is named, shared, published, or used as an example without your separate written permission, including the fact that you hired us. Where the two documents differ, the agreement governs your materials.
Read the confidentiality agreement →We use the cookies Google Analytics and our form provider need to work, and nothing for advertising or cross-site tracking. Your browser can block them and the site still works, though the forms may not remember where you were.
Email hello@verity-media.co and you can ask for a copy of what we hold on you, a correction, deletion of your files or your contact record, or the mutual version of the confidentiality agreement. We answer within 5 business days. Texas has no comprehensive consumer privacy statute of its own that applies to a firm our size, so we extend these rights to everyone who asks, wherever you are.
Our work is business to business. This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we will change the effective date above and, for active clients, say so by email. Questions, requests, or a complaint: hello@verity-media.co, or Verity Media Partners, Inc., Plano, Texas, USA.
