Who reads it

One person. Your deal.
3 days.

Every Autopsy is analyzed and findings written by Stephanie Chavez, CTSM. Founder of Verity Media Partners, Houston District Export Council member, North Texas District Council Associate Member, $100M+ in attributable B2B pipeline, and the author of Pipeline on Fire (Nov 2026). No analysts, no junior team, no templated report. Stephanie reads your deal herself, and nothing reaches you until she has judged it and put her name on it. Your deal, 3 days.

a closed boardroom door from outside

The deal that still stings.

Every sales leader has one. The deal that fit. The one your team was sure of. Then it slowed down, came back on price, or just went quiet, and a competitor you do not rate walked away with it.

Most companies write that off as "we got beat on price" and move on. In our experience that is the most expensive assumption in B2B. Deals rarely leak because your price is wrong. They leak because somewhere between your positioning and the conversation in the room, the reason to choose you stopped being clear. Price is only what buyers negotiate when nothing else tells them you are worth more.

The deal is also the only honest record you have. It holds the questions you were asked, the objections you answered late, and the moment the conversation turned. Read one carefully and the same pattern usually shows up in the deals still open right now.

The exchange

You send 1 deal. We do the rest.

What you send

The document that went into the room.

The original RFP, and the proposal or deck you submitted. If you choose, the email thread or your own notes from the pursuit; the proposal alone is enough. One line on who was involved on their side and what you think went wrong.

No pipeline reports. No CRM export. No meeting required to start.

What you get, in 3 business days

3 to 4 pages, and one rewrite.

A written Deal Autopsy walking that specific deal through the 5 places pipeline breaks, with one clear finding per active fracture. The 3 highest-cost gaps, ranked and named in plain language. A dollar figure: what the pattern is likely costing you a year at your own bid volume and win rate. One concrete rewrite, so you see the fix and not only the diagnosis. And a 20-minute walkthrough call, included.

How it runs

4 steps, 3 business days.

01

You open one form. Read and sign the one-page confidentiality agreement, attach your proposal as an editable file, and pay by card. About 5 minutes, and it works from a phone.

02

No file handy? Finish the form and reply to your confirmation email with it attached. The clock starts when the files are received.

03

3 business days later, the written Autopsy is in your inbox.

04

A 20-minute walkthrough call, booked from the link in that email. If you want the full picture across the pipeline afterward, your $950 is already inside the Snapshot.

Confidentiality

What you send stays between us.

Read the confidentiality agreement →

A losing proposal and its email thread are sensitive. Every read runs under a one-page confidentiality agreement that you read and sign before you pay or send anything. It is our promise to you and asks nothing of you, so there is nothing for your legal team to negotiate. If you want the promises to run both ways, ask and we will send the mutual version. Your materials are never published, never named, never shared, and never used as an example without your separate written permission. That includes the fact that you hired us. We delete your files within 90 days of delivery, or sooner if you ask. The only things we keep are ordinary business records and an anonymized tally of the patterns we saw, with nothing that can identify you, your customer, the deal, or your pricing. If you would rather keep the email thread private, the proposal on its own is enough to work from.

One client per bid. We never read for two companies competing for the same bid. If we are already on yours, we tell you before you pay.

Worth using, or your $950 back within 30 days.

You get 3 to 4 written pages on that deal, the pattern it belongs to, what the pattern costs you a year, a rewritten passage from your own proposal, and a 20-minute walkthrough. That is the work. The floor is this: if none of it gives you a rewrite you would actually use in your next proposal, tell us in writing within 30 days of delivery and we refund the $950 within 5 business days.

The math

The cheapest insurance in your pipeline.

One lost deal at your size is worth six or seven figures. The pattern that lost it is almost never a one-off. It is costing you the next deal, and the one after that, every quarter you do not see it.

$950 to name that pattern before it takes another deal is not a cost. And it credits forward. If you go deeper within 90 days, your $950 credits toward the Snapshot, once, and the Snapshot credits in full toward the Audit. The Autopsy is never money spent twice.

Questions we get
What if I only have the deck, not a formal proposal?

Send the deck. Any document that went into the room works.

The thread has our pricing in it.

Keep the thread. The proposal alone is enough, and everything is covered by the signed confidentiality agreement either way.

The deal is a year old.

If it still stings, it still teaches. Recent losses read best, but age is not a disqualifier.

Is this a sales call in disguise?

No. You get a written document. The walkthrough is a findings review, and if the Snapshot is the right next step we will say so once and leave it there.

Who else sees my materials?

No other person. Stephanie Chavez handles every read herself, and the agreement says so in writing. Like most firms, we use secure software to store and analyze files, including AI-assisted tools, and only tools barred from sharing your materials or training on them.

What if you find nothing?

Then we tell you that in writing, and the guarantee applies.

Is this an AI report?

No. We use AI-assisted tools the way a good analyst uses a spreadsheet, to move through the documents faster and to check the work. Every finding and every rewrite has been tested against what Stephanie has watched win and lose in rooms like yours, and nothing goes out without her name on it.
